Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with BkTek! We’re an independent shop, and every item is made to order especially for you.

Because our products are created on demand, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges simply because of an incorrect size or color selection, or because you’ve changed your mind.

For Customers in the United States

We accept requests for returns or refunds for eligible issues within 7 days of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise has an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a few photos showing the issue so we can review it and help make things right.

For Customers in the European Union

Customers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to applicable EU law and any legal exemptions.

This means eligible EU customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. Where applicable, cancellations may also be requested before an order has been fulfilled.

Made-to-Order Items

Since each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selected at checkout

• Incorrect color selected at checkout

• Change of mind

• Personal preference
