The Idea of Self

Wear something that comforts the soul.

Original graphic T-shirts exploring identity, self-love, mortality and the ideas that make us look inward. Soul Cleanse celebrates the beauty, resilience and joy of women. Don’t Fear Death draws on memento mori, the reminder that life is temporary, inviting us to consider how we live it. The BkTek Apparel logo tee carries our own statement: Ideas You Can Wear.

Choose a self-love graphic tee, a memento mori shirt or a gift for someone who appreciates clothing with meaning. Each design offers a different way to express a thought, a feeling or a part of yourself.

Our artwork is hand-drawn in New York, and each garment is printed to order. Explore individual products for their stories, fabric, fit, colors and size charts.
